- play the animation without visuals first and then show the visuals
- examine different camera shots and angles from the animation
- decide where the camera is positioned in the shots
Activities using objects to tell stories (slides 11 – 14)
- thinking about what stories an object can bring out
- exploring an object from different angles and perspectives
- taking still images of your object
- talking about your object in two or more languages and filming
Storyboarding activities on theme of ‘Care, Community, Hope’ (slides 15 – 17)
- use the template to create a storyboard using at least one of your objects
- develop a short script for each frame in a language other than English
- decide on camera shots and angles for each frame.
Creating a mood board and character back stories (slides 18 – 20)
- create a mood board for your story to develop the visual style
- create a back story for the characters in your digital story.
